– Cruises are subject to weather and river conditions – unsafe river conditions, extreme wind, extreme heat or heavy rain may see the cancellation of the
cruise, this decision is at the discretion of the Dharnya Centre Management and/or the Kingfisher Skipper, with customer safety at the forefront of any
cancellation.
– Customers must take and comply with any safety directive from Kingfisher Skipper, pre, post or during the Cruise.
– While every precaution will be taken to prevent accident, injury or damage. YYNAC will not be responsible for any accident, injury or damage that may occur to any person, irrespective of the extent of the injury, damage or loss and this condition of contract
– The Kingfisher Skipper will have a first aid certificate, carry a mobile phone.
– Kingfisher Cruises will commence at the advertised time, late comers will miss out on their cruise and forfeit their booking
– Full refund will only be given with at least 48 hours notice of the cancellation before your cruise. Special circumstances may be considered.
