You can take the Lakes Loop Track through the forest onto the shores of the Barmah Lakes or leave from the back of the Dharnya Centre, taking the Broken Creek Loop Track, through the forest joining to the Broken Creek, turning right and following the Broken Creek all the way to Rice’s Bridge or enjoy the educational aspect of the Yamyabuc Trail. The trail has multiple stopping points that include informative and educational signage, telling the Yorta Yorta stories of the significance of these sites and objects all along this trail. Take your time to soak up the feel of the forest, hear the bird calls ringing through the tree tops, or simply just take it all in as you walk through the majestic Barmah National Park.
